IxDA

So I just purchased Alan Cooper's (et al.) About Face Third Edition since:

• My (signed) first edition was getting way dog eared and was rather out of date
• My new job is much more geared toward interaction, user experience, and interface design

I guess the last bullet is the most crucial, but I'm finding it difficult to locate good communities on the subject... it's kinda weird.

Anyway, I signed up for IxDA on recommendation from the latest edition of About Face, and it looks like it might be a good resource, but I'm really looking for forums and other communities like that, not just a mailing list. Anyone else have some good recommendations?
